The women of Augustana Lutheran Church LWML in Hickory, NC (members of the Foothills Zone), sponsored 22 foster children for Christmas presents. Ten Christmas shut-in baskets were filled with goodies and delivered. The ladies hosted a reception in honor of our new choir director, the organist, and the choir members. As a follow-up to the Zone MITE Christmas stockings collection, extra stockings were made for congregation members.
